During the last week Chandra completed the observing schedule as planned. A real-time procedure was executed on May 25 to update PCAD Commandable Parameters to increase the automatic momentum unloading threshold in preparation for the upcoming low perigee in 2023. Of note this week was the Chandra Quarterly Review conducted on May 26. Also of note this week was the release of the Sherpa 4.14.1 package for Python. This release includes various documentation updates, bug fixes, and infrastructure changes. For details see: https://sherpa.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ The schedule of targets for the next week is shown below and includes an observation of Swift J095520.7+690400.9, which was accepted as a Director's Discretionary Time Target of Opportunity on May 11. |
