The glass for the mirrors was purchased from Germany. The mirrors were built in Danbury, Connecticut, cleaned and coated in Santa Rosa, California, assembled in Rochester, NY, calibrated in Huntsville, AL, and integrated into the CXO in Redondo Beach, CA. The mirrors are the largest of their kind and the smoothest ever created.
