The "Four Years of Chandra Observations: A Tribute to Riccardo Giacconi" Symposium was held in Huntsville, Alabama from September 16-18, 2003. Invited talks included Chandra results from observations of stellar coronae, O-star winds, supernova remnants, pulsars, magnetars, black holes, globular clusters, the galactic center, interacting galaxies, the IGM, jets, galaxy clusters, the Deep Fields, GRB's, and more.
