Q&A: Normal Stars, White Dwarf Stars, and Star Clusters

Q:
Where is the image of "Procyon" ? I thought you guys looked at both Procyon and Pleiades before December 1999.

A:
The Pleiades is proprietary data, but an image should be coming out in June at the American Astronomical Society. In general, we wait for a scientific paper to be submitted before we publish the image, so that we are sure that instrumental artifacts are understood.
