Professor Martin Ward
Professor of Astronomy, and Director of the X-ray Astronomy Group
at the University of Leicester, UK
Martin Ward is currently Professor of Astronomy, and Director of the
X-ray Astronomy Group at the University of Leicester, UK. He is
Chairman of the European Space Agency's Astronomy Working Group and
on the Editorial Board of the Monthly Notices of the Royal
Astronomical Society.
His research interests include studies of active galactic nuclei,
quasars and star-forming galaxies, with emphasis on multi-wavelength
investigations to determine the primary energy source in luminous
galaxies.
