Operations CXO Status ReportMonday 5/1/00 8:30am EDTDuring the last week, Chandra completed the observing schedule as planned. One real-time procedure is planned during the next week to continue testing the ACIS "squeegee mode". The test scheduled for 4:45pm on 5/1 will use the same number of CCD rows as for the 4/15 test (8 and 16), but with reduced parallel transfer times. The test is intended to verify that the energy resolution improves on-orbit in the same manner as in lab tests. If the TOO is approved, the next status report will include the schedule revisions made to accommodate the observations. The spacecraft subsystems continued to operate nominally.
