Education and Public Outreach Proposals

US-based PI's with accepted Chandra proposals in Cycle 7 are able to submit a supplementary E/PO proposal. The Office of Space Science is committed to fostering the broad involvement of the spacescience research community in E/PO.

E/PO Electronic Proposal Submissions are due by 5PM EDT, 21 October 2005.

E/PO Hardcopy Proposal Submissions are due by 4PM EDT, 25 October 2005.

Note:
For security purposes, all E/PO proposers must have a password to use the proposal software. Please call the E/PO IT support center at 617.384.9332 to receive your password.

Clarification:
The hardcopy to be submitted to the SAO Grant Awards Section consists of a printed copy of the electronic submission, plus cover page and any letters of partnership or statements of customer need. The cover page with institutional signature will print out with the hardcopy of the electronic submission. Since it requires a signature, it is not included in the electronic submission.
